RTT
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a highly effective way for you to communicate with your deepest knowing, to change your limiting beliefs, habits and/or areas that are holding you back from living the life of your dreams.
It is a therapeutic tool based on the science of neuroplasticity that combines the succesful principles of NLP, CBT, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and neuroscience.
YOUR MIND
Your mind consists of your conscious mind and your subconscious mind. Simply put, your conscious mind, which you operate from 5% of the time, is the analytical part - the part of your mind that makes you aware of what you are thinking.
Your subconscious mind, on the other hand, which you operate from the remaining 95% of the time (!!), encompasses all the aspects of your life that you experience as automatic, such as walking, breathing, chewing, running and digesting. In other words, this is where your automated habits are stored.
THE SUBCONSCIOUS
Everything you have ever experienced is stored in your subconscious. We generally learn by repetition and as small children especially, we are like sponges - more or less constantly programming our subconscious via the experiences life repeatedly gives us.

WHAT RTT DOES
RTT gets to the root cause of what your presenting problem is and helps you reprogramme it. It deep dives into your subconscious and gives you the opportunity to revisit the time(s) where you installed the belief(s) that is/are now holding you back. RTT helps you reframe the situation to form new understandings and allows you to move forward in life and achieve the reality you deep down wish for and know you are worthy of.
THE RTT SESSION
Your RTT session is a 2 part process that all happens online. We start with a 20-30 min. conversation about what it is you wish to change in your life and then book in a time for the session to take place.
On the set date and time, I will guide you into a hypnotic state (if that word freaks you out, think of it as a very relaxed state, because that's really all it is - you are 100% in control at all times) allowing you direct access to your subconscious. Here, you will discover the root cause of your presenting problem and link it all together. The last 20 minutes of the hypnosis is about reprogramming your mind, allowing your subconscious to understand the reality you wish to have instead of the one that has been holding you back. This part is recorded, for you to listen to daily for the following 21 days.
