Ingredients
1 cup Nutmilk Pulp (substitute with oats or grind some nuts)
Sweetener of choice (Optional - I use 15 drops of Stevia)
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
3/4 cup Mixed Nuts
1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut
2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
3 tbs Coconut Oil
Preparation
First: Turn on your oven at 160 degrees
Step 1
Combine nutmilk pulp, sweetener of choice, seeds, nuts, dessicated coconut and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Add coconut oil and mix again.
Step 3
Spread out the raw granola evenly on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
Step 4
Bake the granola for 20 minutes and then give it a stir. Bake for another 10 minutes and give it another stir. From here on you keep a good eye on it. It will most likely need another 5-10 minutes depending on how dark you want it.
Step 4
Remove the granola from your oven and leave it to cool on the baking tray. Then transfer to an air tight container.
