Ingredients
1/4 tsp ground Turmeric
1/4 tsp ground Ginger
1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon (or more, if you like)
A pinch of black pepper
Boiling water
Milk of choice, heated
Preparation
Step 1
Place the spices in a cup and cover with about 1/2 centimeter of boiling water - give it a good stir and make sure it is smoothe (no lumps).
Step 2
Top the mixture with your (heated) milk of choice.
