Turmeric-Coconut Chia Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds soaked in about 1/4 cup water (possibly more)

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • A pinch of fresh Ground Black Pepper

  • 4 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt

  • Coco-Nut Granola

  • Wild Blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the soaked chia seeds with the ground turmeric, cinnamon, pepper and coconut yoghurt.


Step 2

Top the mixture with coco-nut granola and wild blueberries.
